Access and Use: Access to and the use of this Site is provided by the Management and is subject to the following terms. By using this Site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please exit the Site immediately.Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, the timeliness of information cannot be guaranteed. Royal Crown Hotels disclaims all liability arising from the use of its servers or information contained therein.Intellectual Property: All content, including text, images, and data, is the property of Royal Crown Hotels. PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

Fraud Protection: Ensure all bookings are made through www.royalcrown-hotel.com. Official emails will only come from @royalcrown-hotel.com.Currency Policy: In accordance with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Act No. 16 of 2023, payments by Sri Lankan residents are collected in LKR. Foreign currency quotes will be converted using the Central Bank's buying rate on the date of payment.

ON-SITE GUEST & SECURITY POLICIES

Registration & ID Security
Mandatory Deposit: For the security of the property and in accordance with our house rules, Royal Crown Hotels require all guests to deposit their original government-issued identification (NIC or Passport) at the reception upon check-in.Safe Keeping: Documents are kept securely and returned immediately upon check-out after full settlement of the bill.Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the ID deposit policy.Check-in & Check-out
Standard Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM.Late Check-out: Subject to availability; a fee of 750 LKR per extra hour applies after 10:00 AM.Booking Requirements: Guests must be 18+ years old. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per double room.House Rules & Fines
Non-Smoking: All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violations result in a 3,000 LKR cleaning fee.No Visitors: To ensure guest safety, outside visitors are not permitted on the premises.No Parties: Events and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.Pets: While we love pets, they are not permitted in the rooms.Maintenance & Safety
Conservation: Kindly turn off the Air Conditioning and TV when leaving. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.Sanitation: Do not flush paper or sanitary products; use the provided bins. Keep the room tidy.Liability: The hotel is not responsible for lost items. Please secure your belongings.

INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent the Management of Royal Crown Hotels from and against any liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

We are incorporated in Sri Lanka and therefore operate under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. These terms and conditions shall be subject to Sri Lankan law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan Courts.

PAYMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS & SECURITY POLICY

LOCAL CURRENCY PAYMENT POLICY

In accordance with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Act No. 16 of 2023, all payments made by Sri Lankan residents will be collected in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Where a booking is quoted in a foreign currency, the equivalent LKR amount will be calculated using the Central Bank of Sri Lanka buying rate applicable on the date of payment.
